The maplewood that sits on the upper level of our new home is a new addition to our family. This unique brick and stone home is a modern, yet cozy, space. It’s located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district. We are very excited to be a part of the historic district of South Side, Chicago and to continue to live in a beautiful home that will reflect the neighborhood.

The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all very modern and stylish. The home also has a great deal of character with a brick paved driveway, an electric fence, and a great variety of plants.
The home is a great value and we are loving it already. We have a lot of fun playing in the yard with our girls and our dog and the house is full of character. The home is also a lot of fun to look at as well, as you can see here.
